The bi-weekly Vpon Learning Café was held on February 14. As the second learning session, this week’s theme is about “Stress”. By understanding stress and how to face it, it can actually become a driving force to enrich our lives. It may be common, but there are still many misunderstandings about stress. Excessive stress might lead to negativity, but a suitable amount of pressure can actually help achieving goals. Through this workshop, we hope Vponers can understand more on how to deal with stress correctly. The upcoming Learning Café session will be held on March 4. Thank you for all participating Vponers and we hope to see you next time!
