Victor founded Vpon Big Data Group in 2008. In his early career, he worked in IBM as a system engineer and he had also won the Blueprint Business Competition in England in 2007. Victor succeeded at raising US$10 million in Series A and B funding in 2011 and 2014 respectively. Vpon was voted as one of Forbes China’s Top 100 Privately Held Small Businesses in 2015.

Shino joined as a general manager when Vpon JAPAN established a branch office in Tokyo in 2014. In the past few years, Vpon JAPAN has been working on the Vpon Migratory Birds Traveler Database (Trata DMP), which is well-known among many Japanese cross-border passenger solutions. Brands and even government units establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships, such as the Japan National Tourism Administration and the Osaka Tourism and Tourism Bureau.

Dien Chang is now the Chief Finance Officer at Vpon Big Data Group. Dien is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction at Vpon to pursue the company’s growth strategy. Dien is the founder of urCFO, which company focus to provide startup companies CFO services. Dien was at Deloitte Taiwan as an equity partner and also be the Startup Service Group Leader with total of 18 years of experience. Main clients in Deloitte Taiwan was ChungHwa Telecom Group and also HuaNan Financial Holdings Group.

He led the Research & Development team to successfully launch our new Trata DMP solution, helping to capture big client wins especially in the tourism industry in Japan.

Nancy Huang currently serves as the Chief Auditor at Vpon. Prior to this role, she was Vpon’s Chief Financial Officer, and had experiences as the Chief Financial Officer at Eastern Broadcasting Integrated Marketing Co., Ltd., and the Finance Director and Executive Director at Groupon.

Legal & Compliance Director
As an attorney admitted to practice in Taiwan and New York State of the US, Fanny previously worked in law firms handling dispute resolution (including international arbitration and litigation) and non-litigation matters. Fanny joined Vpon after graduated from Stanford Law School with an LL.M degree; she not only oversees all legal and compliance aspects of Vpon comprehensively, but also focuses deeper on data privacy protection- and information security-related legal issues.

He is now the adjunct professor at both the National Taiwan University’s leadership program and the National Tsing Hua University’s EMBA and MBA programs. Prior to that, he was CEO in GE Taiwan and general manager in IBM Taiwan.
