\nThe pandemic situation is continuously affecting the tourism industry, be it inbound or domestic travel. As Hong Kong and Taiwan are planning to reboot their travel sector, a survey including 12 tourist attractions in Shikoku is conducted to examine the \u201cdeep travel\u201d needs of Taiwanese and Hongkonger.  <\/p>\n

Highlights :<\/h4>\n

  1. Amongst the 12 tourist attractions, Taiwanese and Hongkonger have a stronger preference for “Nikobuchi (K\u014dchi)\u201d and \u201cAngel Road (Kagawa)\u201d.  <\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. The difference between the \u201cdegree of interest\u201d and \u201cwillingness to act\u201d are significantly greater in \u201cNaruto Vortex (Tokushima)\u201d and \u201cKazurabashi (Tokushima)\u201d.  <\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Upon the characteristics of the 12 tourist attractions, we classified 4 key elements that Taiwanese and Hongkonger may consider during \u201cdeep travel\u201d, including \u201cOpenness\u201d, \u201cForestry\u201d, \u201cFulfilment\u201d and \u201cUniqueness\u201d.  <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
